Regional emission reduction
The energetic interplay of waste incineration plant and thermal power station enables the substitution of fossil fuels such as coal and natural gas.
EVN Abfallverwertung NÖ makes the emission data of all three incineration lines available on a daily basis and in accordance with the Austrian ÖNORM standard in pdf format. Moreover, the emission rates are constantly transmitted online to the public authorities of the Lower Austrian provincial government.
